Taman Universiti Indah occupies a gross area of 200 acres of prime land in mukum of Petaling. It is 15 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

The site is flanked by a neighbourhood. It is also located close to the MARDI Complex, PORIM Research Centre and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

The site is accessible through four directions i.e. via Jalan Sungai Besi through the town of Sri Kembangan, via Jalan Cheras through the towns of Balakong and Sri Kembangan, via the Seremban Highway through internal roads of Universiti Putra Malaysia and via Puchong Baru from all directions of Shah Alam or Old Klang Road. The completed Serdang-Puchong Expressway forms the main front access road to the scheme.
