	Responsibilities	Required Skill(s): Technical and maintenance work Attending in installation, maintenance & trouble shooting of electrical wiring system, air conditional system, plumbing, fire-fighting system as well as other building services. Carrying out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set. Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor. Prepare daily & monthly report
	Requirements	Minimum SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in the relevant field with at least 2-3 years of Building Maintenance working experience. Male age above 25 years old Must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English At least 2 years working experience in property building management Able to work independently and show initiative Able to start work immediately Posses own transport
