With Over 30 years of experience in manufacturing bricks, Sin Heap Lee Brickworks Sdn Bhd operates a fully-automated plant in Sepang, Selangor. The maximum output of the Italian plant is 4 million bricks a month or 120,000 tonnes per year.

Sin Heap Lee brick factory is located on a 40 acre site with a further landbank exceeding 100 acres for quarrying quality clay required for the manufacturing of quality bricks.

SHL bricks are made from 100% purified clay material, produced by extrusion, dried and fired into various type for various applications.

SHL bricks are exposed to a high temperature of 1000 degree C° to produce a very good fire resistant property. The bricks have the quality of providing the best insulation against heat and cold in that it keeps the house cool and can withstand higher temperature.

The brick manufacturing technology is supplied by a renowned Italian clay plant manufacturer. The bricks have a high compressive strength of up to 5000 psi ideal for load bearing wall and heavy structures. Water absorption is approximately 15 to 18 percent and the soluble salts content is low to provide better performance.

Hollow bricks are extruded with perforations to ensure that heat and sound insulation are of the highest standard.
